FAQ Can I travel to Sardinia?

NO SELF-ISOLATION

From 01 July 2020, passengers that have stayed in the countries below for 14 continous days prior to their entry in Italy can travel to Sardinia and not self-isolate:

- EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Danemark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the Czech Republic);

- Schengen countries (non-EU states members of the Schengen agreement are: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland);

- United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland;

- Andorra, Principality of Monaco;

- Republic of San Marino and Vatican State

 

SELF-ISOLATION FOR 14 DAYS

From 01 July 2020, passengers travelling to Sardinia from any other country not included above will be required to self-isolate under supervision of the health authorities.

Passengers may travel for tourism to Italy also from following countries: 

- Algeria, Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Rwanda, Serbia, Republic of Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay. In these cases, the reasons for travel do not need to be provided.

Please note that if you are coming from any other country non included in the abovementioned lists, you may not currently travel to Sardinia for tourism.

You still may travel to Sardinia at anytime  for urgent work or health related reasons. Together with papers certifying these reasons, you need to fill out the form in the link here below.
